Returns & Refunds Policy

At Kavell, we want you to feel confident when ordering from us. This Returns & Refunds Policy explains your rights and how returns and refunds work.

1. Change-of-mind returns
If you are a customer in the United Kingdom and you buy goods from us online, you generally have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item, even if the item is not faulty. After telling us that you wish to cancel, you then have 14 more days to send the item back.

To request a return, please email us at Kavelltraders@gmail.com with your order number and the name of the item you would like to return. We will then send you the return instructions and return address.

Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with any original packaging where reasonably possible. You may inspect the item as you would in a shop, but if the item has been used beyond that, we may reduce the refund to reflect any loss in value.

2. Damaged, faulty, or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us at Kavelltraders@gmail.com as soon as possible and include your order number, a short description of the issue, and clear photos where possible.

If an item is faulty, not as described, or does not do what it is supposed to do, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, partial refund, or full refund under applicable consumer law.

3. Refunds
Once we receive the returned item, or proof that it has been sent back where applicable, we will process any refund due within 14 days.

For valid cancellations of online orders, we will refund the price paid for the item and the cost of standard delivery. If a more expensive delivery option was chosen, we will refund up to the cost of standard delivery only.

Refunds will be made to the original payment method used for purchase.

4. Return shipping costs
For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless stated otherwise.

If the item is damaged, faulty, or we sent the wrong item, we will not require you to bear the return shipping cost where a refund or replacement is approved.

5. Non-returnable items
We do not accept change-of-mind returns for items that are exempt from cancellation rights under applicable law, including where relevant:

  • personalised or custom-made items

  • sealed items that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once opened

  • any other items that are legally exempt from cancellation rights

This does not affect your rights if an item is faulty, damaged, or not as described.

6. Return address
Because some of our products are shipped from different fulfilment partners, the return address may vary by item. Please do not send an item back without contacting us first, so that we can provide the correct return instructions.
